The library is currently equipped with 14 public access computers, all with internet capability and two with word processing. Patrons with laptops can also access the internet at the library through the library’s wireless network.
Library cards are available to any person living, working or attending school in Henry County. All minors must have a parent sign their library card.
Books, audio CDs and periodicals may be borrowed for a period of two weeks. DVDs are checked out for one week. Renewals may be made over the phone or by visiting the library. Books having a waiting list may not be renewed. Fines for overdue books accrue at a rate of five cents per day/per book. Charges to not apply to days the library is closed, such as weekends and holidays. One may not use the computers or check out more items if an account is not paid in full.
The library has many special programs throughout the year. All special events will be advertised in local newspapers and in the library.
Books given in honor or in memory of a friend or relative may be arranged by calling or visiting the library. We will acknowledge donations and bequests with a donor card, if requested. Gifts and donations are tax deductible. More details are available at the library.
